WALK
Your training does not have to consist of a very hard and intense workout. At least not in the beginning. If this is your first time working out the best way would be to.. walk. Yes! I know it sounds simple, and it is.
You can very easily burn calories walking your dog or just going one stop further to your subway or bus stop. Instead of watching TV take a 20- minute walk around the block, to the park or on the beach.
Walking you provides your body with with so necessary time to relax, clear your thoughts. Also it burns calories and fat and is healthy for your heart. |
