There are plenty of tips out there, lots of diets and they all work. You simply have to stick to one of them, and… stick forever! Not that simple at all? For many it isn’t. So why don’t you just jumpstart your weight loss with help of any of these diets and then stick to fundamentals.
Eat little less and exercise little more. Simple as that! Take your meal and take out part of it. That is your diet. Make sure it’s not half of McDonald’s meal but rather some white meat and lots of veggies.
Eat what you like. Losing Weight doesn’t have to be a torture. It cannot be a torture otherwise it is very likely you’ll fail. And you don’t want that. So eat what you like, but be reasonable. Don’t eat ice cream, hamburger and chocolate in one day. If you have buttery popcorn today don’t drink beer with it.
Eat smaller portions. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to send a message to your body: I’m not hungry anymore. That’s why it’s so easy to overeat. Eat smaller portions and you will learn that they satisfy you perfectly.
Exercise on daily basis. It does not have to be heavy workout. Start with walking as much as you want. Perfect combination would be walking, running and jogging at least 30 minutes every day, but don’t get crazy at the beginning. Walk to the station, take the stairs, and don’t take car to your friends’ house if they don’t really live that far.
Balance your calorie intake and workout you get. If you want to lose weight you simply have to make sure that you eat fewer calories that you burn, so your body has to burn this stubborn fat. Remember calories are fuel your body needs to operate. Fat is also the fuel that your body stores. You need to create calorie deficit to lose weight. The bigger calorie deficit the more fat cells to burn. And that just means getting closer to your goal.
