extremely dependent on the weather, but also very enjoyable. You will be happy
to learn that grilling is actually good for you diet. Wrap the food in foil
to seal the moisture and enjoy.

Unfortunately frying is far one of the worst ways to prepare foods. These
foods are probably the worst thing you can do when you’re dieting. Yes it
tastes good, but it has much more calories than the same food baked. Your
intake of fat increases and it’s almost never good. Try to avoid this form of
cooking, but if you fry make sure that you drain the food from excess of oil
